About Kynetx

The Brand

KynetxFit is a conceptual, modern fitness brand whose mission is to inspire everyone to keep moving. Kinetic energy is "The energy an object possesses by virtue of its movement." No matter how or how much you move, the goal is for you to stay healthy by refusing to be stationery. Making progress by every little step, whether in the gym or in your own person life and goals.

Kynetx was birthed from the pain of feeling like exercise can feel so overwhelming and time-consuming. We wanted a way to get healthy and stay healthy no matter our schedule or lifestyle. We found that we are busy doing something anyway, so why not optimize that time with meaningful movements that improve your physical wellbeing?

Target Audience

Kynetx is for the average person or athlete age 30+ from all walks of life who wants to move more. Many people find it difficult to squeeze a meaningful workout into their schedule. So, we offer tons of simple movements and exercises that can be done anywhere from your living room, your desk, at the gym, or during your next trip. Whether you work a 9 to 5 or have nothing but free time on your hands, Kynetx has a way for you to be more mobile and Kynekt with other movers around you.

Logo Design

The logo icon is a stylized letter 'K' in the form of someone performing one of the most basic and fundamental movements; the squat. The icon is streamlined across the visual identity in various forms, in both filled and stroked forms to emphasize energy and motion.

Brand Colors

The Brand Colors were inspired by the classic physics model of kinetic energy portrayed as a green ball having potential energy due to its height, and a purple ball having kinetic energy due to its velocity. These two colors embody the essence of Kynetx; our potential to move no matter what and create energy that transforms both our lives and the world around us.

Brand Typography

The Brand fonts consist of two font families. The first is a modern, wide display font family 'Briller' that evokes fitness, forward movement, and modernity. The second is 'Nunito' a slightly rounded sans serif font family that is bold yet simple, inviting yet daring.

Social Media Design

The social media design further expands upon the logo icon, bold imagery of people in motion, and simple typography.

Merchandise Design

We designed a few merch items for Kynetx including a fitness shirt, gym bag, and sports bottle.
